There are certain features that tie many Tzimisce together. Whether it be to forge of Viccissitude or the particular line that you were embraced into many "fiends" share one or more of these features.. Pain Tolerance (2pt. Physical Merit) Your body is hardened to pain (perhaps through repeated uses of Viccissitude or personal torture) Because of this you ignore penalties at the Bruided wound level. Dracon's Temperament (3pt. Mental Merit) Taking the notion of Azhi Dahaka (the ultimate metamorphosis) to a new level, you've emulated the permutable nature of change and evolution into your very psyche. At the start of each game session you may choose a new nature. The Storyteller may however decide at anytime to give you an entirely new nature to play out. Haven Affinity (3pt. Supernatural Merit) The curse of Caine is strong in you but your have found a way to take advantage of it. Spend a mental trait and engage the Storyteller in a simple test. If successful you gain a bonus trait in all challenges initiated while in your haven, as well as feeling a spiritual tug from the direction of your haven. If your haven is more distant (such as in a distant city) the Storyteller may have you spend a willpower and make a hard test for this merit to succeed. Revenant Disciplines (3pt. Supernatural Merit) The ties of your Revenant family stayed with you well after the Embrace. After working out which Revenant family you origonated from you now maintain their family disciplines as your "in clan" disciplines. Any other disciplines a standard Tzimisce may normally receive are now considered "out of clan" for you. Ancestral Soil Dependance (2pt. Supernatural Flaw) Tzimisce have a particular bond with their native soil beyond that of most Cainites. You take it to a higher level. You must maintain 2 handfuls of soil from the native Tzimisce homeland in Eastern-Europe or you will be down two traits in all challenges. This flaw most often manifests in koldun and especially in those descending from Yorak. Needless to say a kindred actually embraced in Eastern-Europe may not take this flaw. Scarface(2-4pt. Physical Flaw) You're a walking mess of scars. You still heal as quickly as any Cainite you simply have marks to show for each wound healed. Viccissitude doesn't help the situation in fact it tends to aggravate it with stretch marks cicatrices. The 2 pt. version of this flaw gives you the negative social traits scarface x2 (OOC: you must wear a badge showing that you have these unhideable traits). As a 3 pt. version of this flaw gives you the negative social traits scarface x2 and you may never have more than 5 social traits. The 4 pt.version of this flaw gives you the negative social traits scarface x2, you may never have more than 5 social traits and you suffer a 1 trait penalty on all physical challenges. Revenant Weakness(3 pt. Physical Flaw flaw) You maintained your Revenant weakness in addition to the clan weakness upon the embrace. Occasionally a Tzimisce will manifest the weakness of a lost or destroyed Revenant line. Consult your Storyteller for this option. Consumption (5 pt. Physical Flaw flaw) Portions of the Antediluvian aren't just in you they are active as well. This causes you pain as bits of your internal flesh are devoured by the hungry ancient. Upon awaking you take a level of bashing damage from the creature within. The only way to heal this damage is to consume one tenth of your body weight in human flesh. It doesn't have to be from a living person but it must be whole. If you try and eat this flesh before taking damage you will vomit it up (unless you have the Eat Food merit) and it will accomplish nothing. |
